Freedom to travel any time
All Concessionary Travel Passes now have Swift Pay As You Go (PAYG) included.
This means you can load PAYG credit on to your Travel Pass to pay for journeys when your pass is not valid on the bus and tram, so there’s no need to carry the correct change (not currently accepted on trains).
To activate your PAYG you will need to register your Travel Pass and load on some credit.
Register your Travel Pass online and top-up through the Swift website 24/7. You will just need to enter the long number printed on your Travel Pass and your postcode to get started.
Visit one of our Travel Centres where one of our team will be able to activate PAYG onto your Travel Pass.

You can also set up Auto Top-Up, which means you’ll never run out of credit, simply log in to your online account and follow the instructions.
If you travel regularly before 9:30am, a Pre930 season ticket may save you money. Search our range using our Ticket Finder.
If your pass has been lost or damaged, there is an administration fee of £7.50.
If your pass has been stolen and you’ve got a crime reference number, a replacement is free of charge.

You can make the payment over the phone or one of our team can post a replacement form to you so you can pay by cheque or postal order.

We’re sorry to say that, refunds will not be given for tickets purchased for travel while waiting for your replacement season ticket.
