See Something, Say Something

Report anti-social behaviour in the West Midlands

If you see any nuisance behaviour during your journey, text ‘bus’ followed by a space and then details of the incident including time, date, location and route number to 83010.

Alternatively, visit www.safertravel.info website

In the case of an urgent crime or an emergency, always dial 999.

'See Something Say Something' was launched to give passengers the opportunity to log instances of anti-social behaviour they witness on the transport network. It allows the team to respond directly to the cases which make passengers feel harassed, alarmed and/or distressed. The team will then focus appropriately on reassurance, enforcement and planned operations.

It has helped the Partnership - which includes British Transport Police, West Midlands Police, Transport for West Midlands and transport operators - cut offences on the public transport network. As of April 2016 total crime on public transport is down 6% year to date. This demonstrates the Safer Travel Partnerships focus and dedication in making the West Midlands as safe as possible.
