Lost passes

It happens to us all

Don't worry, most passes can be replaced. How to get it back will depend on the type of ticket and where you bought it from. 

Adult

If you pay by Direct Debit

If you have a Network West Midlands ticket, please call 0345 303 6760 to request a replacement (an administration fee of £7.50 will apply). You’ll need your email confirmation to hand.

If you have a season ticket which is only valid on a particular operator's services, please contact the operator. 

If you bought your pass at a Travel Centre

Please visit the travel centre you bought your pass from for more information on replacements.

If you bought your pass at a train station

The following Network West Midlands tickets can be replaced with proof of purchase:

  • 13 week or 52 week network tickets
  • ntrain tickets valid for 4 weeks or more

Complete an application form and return it with your proof of purchase.

If you have a season ticket which is only valid on a particular operator's services, please contact the operator. 

If you bought your pass on the Network West Midlands website

Please call our customer service team on 0345 303 6760 to request a replacement (an administration fee up to £25.00 will apply). You’ll need your email confirmation to hand.

Swift

If you’ve registered your Swift card to an online account, you can get a replacement. To report this, call Swift Support on 0345 075 6006. We’ll then block your Swift card to stop anyone else using it (an administration fee up to £7.50 will apply).

If you’re part of the Corporate Travel Scheme

Please call 0345 303 6760 to request a replacement (an administration fee of £7.50 will apply).

Child

If you pay by Direct Debit

If you have a Network West Midlands ticket, please call 0345 303 6760 to request a replacement (an administration fee of £7.50 will apply).

If you’ve got a season ticket which is only valid on a particular operator's services (except for Term Tickets), please contact the operator. 

If you've lost your 16-18 Photocard

You can order a replacement online or call 0345 303 6760 to request a replacement (an administration fee of £5.00 will apply).

If you've lost your term ticket

Complete an application form and return it with your proof of purchase and the administration fee requested on the form.

Proof of purchase must be one of the following:

  • The tear off issued with your ticket
  • Your receipt (only if purchased at a train station)
  • A letter from your school confirming you’ve been issued a ticket and how long it was valid for

If your ticket is protected by PassProtect

For tickets protected by the PassProtect term ticket replacement scheme, please call our Customer Services team on 0345 303 6760.

If your term ticket is not protected, you can find out more about the scheme and save yourself the cost of a replacement if your ticket is lost, stolen or damaged.

Student

Complete the student replacement application form and return it to us with:

  • A passport style photograph
  • The tear off section from your ticket
  • Payment as requested on the replacement application form

Older or Disabled Person's Travel Pass

If your pass has been lost or damaged, there is an administration fee of £7.50.

If your pass has been stolen and you’ve got a crime reference number, a replacement is free of charge.

You can make payment over the phone or one of our Customer Services team members can post a replacement form to you so you can pay by cheque or postal order.

Visit a Network West Midlands Travel Information Centre.
Order and pay for your replacement today.
Your pass will be posted first class to your address.

We’re sorry to say that, refunds will not be given for tickets purchased for travel while waiting for your replacement season ticket.

All replacements are at the discretion of the issuing organisation.
