Are you eligible?

In England you can get a concessionary travel pass when you reach the State Pension age. To qualify for the pass issued by the West Midlands Combined Authority, you must:

  • Live permanently at an address liable for the payment of council tax in either Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall or Wolverhampton Councils

Need to renew your pass?

If your pass is due to expire within the next eight weeks you can renew online. If your pass has already expired, you may still be able to renew it online.

If you have been unable to renew online, or if you have moved house since receiving your renewal letter, please call 0345 303 6760 to renew over the phone.

Lost your pass?

Don't worry, you can apply for a replacement online. Just use the link below and click 'Apply online' to begin. There will be an administration fee, so make sure you have a credit or debit card to hand.

Had your pass stolen?

Call us on 0345 303 6760. If your pass has been stolen and you have a crime reference number, a replacement is free of charge.

Validate your form at a check and send outlet with:

  1. Proof of age - one of the following: passport, medical card, driving licence, birth certificate. For female applicants who have a different surname to their birth certificate - a marriage certificate 
    and
  2. Proof of address - Driving licence or one of the following: council tax bill, utility bill, bank statement, NHS or DWP letter - no more than six months old.
