These are small cards with messages about public transport. You can tear them off to show other people.

You can wear this badge to show other passengers that you need to sit down.

The badge does not guarantee you a seat but may encourage others to give up theirs.

You can get a badge from a travel centre if you need one urgently.

Sitting in first class if you cannot find a seat on a train

You must ask a train manager first as it depends on the train company. They might be able to find you a seat.

You can also get a mums-to-be pass if you travel on Avanti West Coast trains.

A bus hailer is a sign with numbers. You can flip over the numbers to show a specific bus route number. 

When you're at a bus stop, you can hold out the bus hailer to let the driver know to stop.

The hailer has:

• large tactile numbers
• braille
• bright yellow background

This is a laminated pad of messages, for example:

• Please be patient, I have autism
• Hello, please can you help me?
• Where do I catch the bus to...?
• What time will bus number ... arrive?

You can fill in blanks with a marker pen and wipe it clean.
