The West Midlands Combined Authority is keen to engage with our customers and we have different ways that we can obtain your feedback. You may wish to come to chat with us on our exhibition bus or join one of the dedicated groups. Please see the current options available below:

User Testing Group

We are always looking for people to make a difference in the way we communicate about travel in the West Midlands.

The User Testing group involves occasionally providing feedback, which will help transform our digital services such as campaigns, websites and apps.

This group is open to everybody in the West Midlands, whether you drive, walk, cycle or take public transport.

Youth Forum

We welcome the views of young people to help us to shape public transport in the West Midlands.

The Youth Forum is involved in different activities across the network and makes sure that young people's voices are heard. You can develop new skills and also make a real difference, so join today.

Exhibition Bus

The West Midlands Combined Authority exhibition bus provides an opportunity for us to take public transport information and updates out into communities. As well as providing a focal point for public consultations on proposed changes or developments in transport, it also provides leaflets, maps and guides and all manner of useful information for customers.

Bus Champions

Opportunity for members of the public to complete bus audits on behalf of West Midlands Combined Authority. Quarterly forums take place to discuss results and provide feedback.

March 2020 - Covid-19

To keep both staff and passengers safe, the bus champions scheme has been temporarily suspended until further notice.

Metro Passenger Panel

Opportunity for members of the public who are Metro users (regular/occasional and commuters/leisure) to provide feedback on the service through by completing passenger surveys. On a quarterly basis the group meets to discuss updates and changes on the system.
