Have your say

We’re listening to you

Your public transport matters

We love to hear your views and we hold regular events, which are a great opportunity for you to meet with bus, train and tram operators along with members of the West Midlands Combined Authority team and local Councillors.

These events provide a forum for you to express your compliments, concerns or ideas of how public transport can be improved.

You’re very welcome to attend any of the events and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Exhibition Bus

The Network West Midlands exhibition bus provides an opportunity for us to take public transport information and updates out into communities. As well as providing a focal point for public consultations on proposed changes or developments in transport, it also provides leaflets, maps and guides and all manner of useful information for customers.

If you are interested in joining the group or want to know more, view our events.

Passenger Champions

Opportunity for members of the public to complete bus audits on behalf of West Midlands Combined Authority. Quarterly forums take place to discuss results and provide feedback.

If you are interested in joining the group or want to know more, email customerservices@tfwm.org.uk.

Youth Forum

We welcome the views of young people to help us to shape public transport in the West Midlands.

The Youth Forum is involved in different activities across the network and makes sure that young people's voices are heard. You can develop new skills and also make a real difference, so join today.

Email: youthforum@centro.org.uk for an application form.

Metro Passenger Panel
