All senior citizens who applied for the new National Concessionary Pass before 29 February deadline have now had their passes posted to them and should receive them by the end of this week.

Those of you who have applied after this date will be getting your pass shortly.

Continue to use your existing pass as normal within the West Midlands until you receive your new National Concessionary pass.

All bus operators will continue to accept your existing pass until the end of April 2008.

If anyone has an inquiry concerning their pass they should phone our helpline on 0845 3036760. The lines were understandably busy on 1 April with people wanting more information about the passes and how and where they can use them.

We expect calls to reduce over the next day or so although we would still ask people to be patient when ringing.
