Request a New Shelter or Stop Pole

Centro has a rolling programme to install new passenger shelters and stop poles across the West Midlands. There is a waiting list for shelters and poles which are installed when the necessary public consultation has taken place and funds are availble.

The first step in getting a shelter in a new location is to fill in the form below and send it to Centro. This will start the process of consultation and evaluation which may lead to a new shelter being installed.
