Renewing Your Ticket - Avoid the Monday Queues You can buy your season ticket in advance and avoid the Monday morning queue for renewals at your local rail station or Centro Agent. Centrocard and Busmaster At stations: The Local Travel Enquiry Office at New Street Station and TWM Shops - tickets can be purchased on any day of the week, and will be valid for the exact number of weeks they can be used. At other agents: New tickets can be purchased after 09.00 on the preceding Friday and are valid from Sunday to Saturday. Renewals: At agents:can take place can take place from the preceeding Thursday where tickets run from Sunday to Saturday. At stations and other outlets: conditions as for Railmaster below: nrail card One week: New tickets: Valid from the day of purchase. Tickets starting on a Monday can be purchased on the preceding Sunday. Renewals: Tickets starting on Saturday, Sunday or Monday can be purchased after 12 noon on the preceding Friday. Tickets starting between Tuesday and Friday can be purchased after 12 noon the day before expiry. 4 weeks and upwards: New tickets: Tickets starting Saturday, Sunday or Monday can be purchased after 12 noon on the preceding Friday. Tickets starting between Tuesday and Friday can be purchased after 12 noon the day before. Renewals: Can be renewed up to 7 days in advance.
