Other Information
Shopmobility
There are a number of Shopmobility schemes in the West Midlands, enabling people with disabilities to access main shopping areas and town centres. The schemes are open to anyone who has a mobility difficulty, including people with a visual impairment or with a temporary disability such as a broken leg. Powered and manual wheelchairs, as well as electric scooters can be available for loan, and at some locations an escort can be provided to assist with shopping or to meet you when you arrive by public transport. It may be required to register and book equipment in advance.
